We started as a team of engineers who believed IT support should be honest, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Fifteen years later, that belief still drives everything we do — for over 60 clients across Southern California.

Integration Technologies was founded on a simple idea: businesses deserve IT partners who tell them the truth, show up when it matters, and take ownership of outcomes — not just deliverables.

Based in Irvine, California, we've spent over 15 years building and managing technology infrastructure for mid-market and enterprise clients across Southern California. When you work with us, you work directly with the engineers. There's no call center, no tiered escalation maze — just our team and yours.

2009
Founded in Irvine, CA
Integration Technologies was founded by a team of network engineers who had spent years inside enterprise IT departments and wanted to bring that level of expertise directly to mid-market businesses. The company started with three clients in Orange County and a simple promise: be the IT team your business actually deserves.
2013
Cisco Partnership & Data Center Expansion
After completing over 40 network infrastructure projects, we achieved Cisco Certified Partner status and expanded our data center services practice. This year we also built out our first 24/7 NOC operation, extending monitoring to over 100 managed endpoints for the first time.
2017
VMware Professional Partner & Cloud Practice Launch
As cloud adoption accelerated, we invested heavily in building our cloud and virtualization practice. We completed our VMware Professional Partnership and began delivering Azure and AWS migrations for clients moving out of aging on-premise infrastructure. Our first hybrid cloud architecture project was delivered for a 300-user manufacturing client in Anaheim.
2020
Pandemic Response & Remote Infrastructure
When the pandemic hit, we worked around the clock to help clients transition to remote work — deploying VPNs, rolling out Microsoft Teams, hardening home office security, and building VDI environments for clients who'd never considered remote-capable infrastructure. We moved 2,000+ users to secure remote work in 30 days.

We now manage IT infrastructure for over 60 organizations across Southern California — from 20-person professional services firms to multi-site manufacturers with hundreds of endpoints. Our NOC monitors 247+ devices around the clock, our 95% referral rate is as strong as ever, and we're still the same team that picks up the phone at 2am.

We Document Everything

Every system we touch gets documented — network diagrams, configurations, runbooks, and change logs. If an engineer ever needs to know how something is set up, the answer is already written down. No tribal knowledge, no mysteries.

When something breaks at midnight on a Friday, someone picks up. Not a voicemail system, not a ticketing portal with a 24-hour SLA. A real engineer who knows your environment picks up the phone. That's the deal, and we've kept it for 15 years.

We Tell You the Truth

If you don't need the expensive solution, we'll tell you. If the issue is actually your ISP and not your firewall, we'll say so. We don't manufacture urgency or invent problems to sell more services. Our 95% referral rate is built on exactly this.
